📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care through technology • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Diagnose or address mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Support expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when required

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or applicable independent clinical licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
