📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment remotely to patients across the lifespan • Partner with commercial health plans and serve Medicaid and Medicare patients • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Use comprehensive assessments to support patient care • Work with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Currently fully/independently licensed in the relevant state(s) • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Ability and willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets
