📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care remotely • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • Work with commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare patients • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Use comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week • Experience with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Current independent clinical licensure; role title specifies LMFT
