📋 Description

• Assess and facilitate care for assigned patients • Participate in treatment and continuing care planning • Provide case management for assigned patients • Conduct individual, family, specialized, and group psychotherapy • Share clinical information with the treatment team and other involved entities as appropriate • Promote implementation of the therapeutic milieu and daily program schedule • Provide supportive and empathetic patient care • Provide on-call coverage as requested • Virtually meet with assigned patients, introduce the therapist role, and explain treatment goals and expectations • Contact relevant family members and outpatient providers, after obtaining a signed release, to develop and implement care plans and coordinate discharge planning • Document assessment, treatment, therapy, and discharge-planning activities in the medical record • Provide specialized therapy services, including Family, Art, EMDR, and SE when required or assigned • Compile materials and conduct assigned group or educational sessions • Complete syllabi or lesson plans for didactic groups and document as required • Participate in social-services program development and performance-improvement measures • Communicate clinical concerns and treatment recommendations as a multidisciplinary treatment-team member • Participate in performance-improvement activities required by facility licensure and accreditation

🎯 Requirements

• Masters Degree in Behavioral Health or a related field required • Must be independently state licensed; associate licenses are not accepted • Minimum of three years of behavioral health experience preferred • Experience with specialty services such as Trauma, Chemical Dependency, or Eating Disorders preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites • Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms including Zoom, GoTo Meeting, and Teams Meeting • Two years of experience providing Family Therapy, EMDR, sex addiction, or other trauma specialization preferred if assigned to specialized therapy • Must pass a substance abuse screen after an offer and before reporting to work • Position is safety sensitive • Company does not employ medical marijuana cardholders
