📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care remotely • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Work with patients across the lifespan • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfort utilizing technology, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Currently fully/independently licensed in a state • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
