📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment using technology to expand access to care • Serve patients across the lifespan through commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current independent licensure in a relevant state/credential, including LMFT or equivalent clinical license • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
