📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate mental health care to patients across the lifespan • Provide psychotherapy and clinical care for approximately 30 client care hours per week • Complete comprehensive assessments and treatment planning • Work in partnership with clients to achieve their goals • Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Treat patients with mental health, substance abuse, addiction, and chronic severe mental illness diagnoses

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Availability for a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with set hours • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience working with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder • Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week
