📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate mental health care to patients across the lifespan • Conduct psychotherapy and client care through telehealth • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week • Use comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Diagnose or work with mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Participate in supervision and the application/recruiting process as applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to use comprehensive assessments • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week • Experience with substance abuse and addiction disorders • Experience with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder • Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week • Active or applicable clinical licensure such as LMSW, LSW, LPC, or equivalent
