📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Provide care to patients through a remote work-from-home model

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Associate Therapist/Registered Intern licensure or relevant active licensure status • Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders • Experience with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder • Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week
