📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Partner with commercial health plans and provide care as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Use comprehensive assessments • Work in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Work with patients who may have chronic severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Obtain additional state licenses as needed to support expansion into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Unable to support employment authorization tied to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current full/independent licensure in the relevant state(s)
