📋 Description

• Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health treatment remotely • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Diagnose or work with mental health and substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Provide one-on-one psychotherapy

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Eligibility to work in the United States • Ongoing, unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without reliance on visa sponsorship or renewal • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders • Experience with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder • Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week • Current applicable clinical licensure, such as LPC, LPC(A), LSW, LMSW, APC, MHC-LP, LPC-A, LMHCA, RMHCI, RCSWI, or RMFTI
