📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care remotely from home • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Conduct psychotherapy and comprehensive assessments • Diagnose or support treatment of mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Participate in the application follow-up questionnaire and recruiter interview process

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience working with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder • Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week • Current active clinical licensure, including an applicable credential such as LSW, LMSW, LPC, or equivalent
