📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care • Provide mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Work with commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare patients • Complete approximately 30 client-care hours per week • See an average of six clients per day • Use comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to help them achieve their goals • Conduct care using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Participate in the application process through a follow-up questionnaire and recruiter conversation if mutually suitable

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to use comprehensive assessments • Active clinical licensure such as LSW, LMSW, LPC, or equivalent • Ability to complete 30 client-care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Experience working with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders • Experience working with chronic severe mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder • Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week
