📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care • Provide mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Complete comprehensive assessments and treatment planning • Provide approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred • Must meet background and regulatory requirements • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience working with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders • Experience with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder • Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week
