📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients across the lifespan • Provide care to patients covered by commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare • Conduct psychotherapy and comprehensive assessments • Diagnose and address mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans in partnership with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Availability for a full-time Monday–Friday schedule • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week • Experience working with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder • Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week
