📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate mental health treatment using technology to expand access to care • Provide psychotherapy and clinical care to patients across the lifespan • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Assess mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Complete the application questionnaire and proceed through recruiter matching if mutually selected

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Unable to support employment authorization tied to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) or comparable associate therapist/registered intern licensure/credential
