📋 Description

• Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment using technology to expand access to care • Serve patients across the lifespan, including patients covered by commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week • See an average of 6 clients per day • Conduct psychotherapy and comprehensive assessments • Develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Support patients with mental health, substance abuse, addiction, and chronic severe mental illness

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Availability for 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience working with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder • Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week • Current Associate Therapist/Registered Intern license or applicable active clinical credential
