📋 Description

• Partner with business and functional leaders to make strategic decisions regarding organizational structures and company hierarchy. • Develop and document future-state organizational design options, including team structures and role definitions. • Review and analyze work processes, workloads, workflows, and functional relationships to identify opportunities. • Guide organizational design initiatives during periods of change. • Analyze and interpret organizational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing clear guidance on organizational design options. • Collaborate closely with People Business Partners to align business priorities, talent strategies, and organizational objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or related field or equivalent work and/or education related experience. • Minimum 8 years of experience working in organizational design, HR, workforce planning, or related work. • Strong understanding of organizational design principles, operating models, and workforce structures. • Working knowledge of org design and/or workforce planning tools (e.g OrgVue or similar). • Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing matrixed organizational structures. • Experience supporting organizational change efforts (e.g., reorganizations, growth, operating model shifts). • Experience partnering with senior leaders on complex business or people-related challenges. • Ability to analyze organizational data and identify patterns, risks, and opportunities. • Proficient with standard business software tools: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
