📋 Description

• Serve as the primary day-to-day project management contact for life sciences clients • Lead client-facing status meetings and steering committee check-ins • Manage full project lifecycle — from charter and work breakdown structure through execution and close-out • Develop and maintain resource and risk plans • Build trusted, long-term working relationships with client counterparts • Support senior staff in client workshops, strategy sessions, and business reviews • Translate complex analytical and technology deliverables into clear communication • Travel to client sites as needed to strengthen relationships • Map, document, and continuously improve cross-functional workflows • Define KPIs and build dashboards to track operational health • Lead special projects at leadership’s direction

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of project management experience in a consulting, SaaS, health-tech, or life sciences environment • Proven track record managing external client relationships • Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, Monday, or other PM tools • Fluency in both Agile/Scrum and traditional Waterfall frameworks • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage 3 - 5 concurrent projects across distributed teams • Comfortable with 25–30% client travel • Certifications: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, etc. (preferred)
