📋 Description

• Own the integrated project plan spanning Marketing, Content, and Product • Help lead kickoffs, working sessions, and milestone check-ins • Maintain and evolve Good Inside's project management infrastructure in Notion • Create repeatable playbooks for recurring initiative types • Drive accountability across teams without direct authority • Ensure project components communicate at the right time • Identify friction in existing systems and propose improvements • Communicate project status clearly to senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management or program coordination experience, ideally within a marketing, media, or consumer product environment • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines • Hands-on proficiency with Notion (or a comparable PM tool) • Familiarity with brand standards • A systems-oriented mind paired with strong interpersonal skills • High ownership, low ego • Strong written and verbal communication • Comfort managing ambiguity • Nice to have: experience in DTC, membership, or subscription businesses
