β’ Oversee/supervise applied behavior therapy to families and individuals. β’ Provides a safe and effective therapeutic environment for children and families in accordance with the philosophy and mission of Behaven Kids. β’ Provide clinical support to the Behaven Kids BCBA team as assigned by clinical leadership. β’ Assist with conducting assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and reassessments as needed. β’ Develop, review, and update behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals in collaboration with supervising BCBAs. β’ Provide supervision, observation, and clinical feedback to RBTs and other direct care staff as needed. β’ Complete treatment plan reviews, progress reports, and other required clinical documentation to ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements. β’ Assist with parent and caregiver training sessions. β’ Provide temporary clinical coverage during BCBA absences, PTO, vacancies, or periods of increased clinical need. β’ Collaborate with clinic leadership to maintain continuity of client care during staffing transitions. β’ Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with other providers and team members when appropriate. β’ Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and clinical training of new BCBAs and RBTs as requested. β’ Support quality assurance initiatives, including documentation reviews, treatment integrity checks, and clinical audits. β’ Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical documentation in accordance with BACB Ethics Code, Nebraska DHHS regulations, Medicaid requirements, and company policies. β’ Attend required meetings, trainings, and clinical consultations. β’ Maintain active BCBA certification and any required state credentials.
β’ Previous experience in working with children diagnosed with autism. β’ Develop functional behavior assessments. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β’ Ability to challenge oneself to continue learning and growing as part of a multidisciplinary and motivated team. β’ Ability to βthink outside the boxβ to achieve positive outcomes for clients and team members. β’ Ability to work during afternoon hours Central Time. β’ Must be legally eligible for Nebraska behavior analyst licensure, including U.S. citizenship or lawful presence and ability to meet state licensing criteria. β’ Certified BCBA in good standing with the BACB (Required). β’ 2-4 years of related/relevant professional experience. β’ Masterβs Degree (Preferred).
