📋 Description

• Assist in managing all aspects of the company’s billing and revenue cycle operations • Ensure accurate claims processing, timely collections, and compliance with payer, state, and federal requirements • Optimize processes in a fast-paced environment to impact the organization’s financial success

🎯 Requirements

• ABA billing experience is required • Experience with CentralReach or other healthcare billing platforms • Lead and manage the billing department, including training and supervision of billing staff • Oversee the full revenue cycle process including claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections • Monitor billing metrics, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership • Ensure compliance with payer regulations, Medicaid/Medicare rules, and state/federal requirements • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing discrepancies • Develop, implement, and refine billing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and cash flow • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field • 2+ years of medical billing/revenue cycle management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role • Strong knowledge of ABA billing, coding, and payer requirements • Proficiency with CentralReach, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with precision and attention to detail
