📋 Description

• Own the game's end-to-end UX: player journeys, friction, gameplay flows, and information architecture • Design and ship high-quality UI/UX at a pace that keeps engineering and cross-functional partners moving • Own production of UI assets • Set the craft bar for the discipline and mentor other contributors • Represent design in cross-functional efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a UX and UI expert • Experience with high-complexity design problems • Fast and comfortable working directly in Unreal Engine 5 (or a comparable engine) • Built or scaled UX/UI standards for a team before • Enjoy mentoring other designers
