📋 Description

• Help customers engage with our vehicle program through clarity of concepts and workflow • Participate in UX strategy, planning, and reviews • Promote and advise stakeholders on user-centric approach and apply UX methodologies to validate and inform design decisions • Build relationships with key partners in Brand, Design and HMI, Engineering and Software teams • Help balance strategic and tactical initiatives to solve critical user needs • Articulate insights and actionable UX recommendations to executive level stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in User Experience Design, HMI, communications, or related UX field • 10+ years professional work experience leading high impact UX projects • Experienced in interface design and evaluation • Thorough knowledge and experience of a range of UX approaches and methodologies • Proficient in writing and speaking the English language • Proficient with UX design tools such as Figma • Deep understanding of accessibility and inclusivity in UX
