📋 Description

• Define and lead technology strategy at the company • Identify and help teams adopt the right tools, approaches, and solutions • Set a high bar for quality and technology innovation • Oversee technology efforts across the company • Support growth efforts using traditional and innovative approaches

🎯 Requirements

• A strong background in software engineering and modern software development • Experience leading and managing teams of technologists • Demonstrated experience building solutions using AI or leading teams that use AI to build solutions • A vision for implementing AI for a consulting organization • Experience leading efforts to grow organizations • Experience with early stage product engineering
