📋 Description

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and create mitigation strategies • Lead cross-functional teams through timely project delivery • Monitor progress and adjust resources and priorities as needed • Manage scope changes with impact analysis and stakeholder approval • Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met • Serve as the primary contact for project communications and updates • Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and executive updates • Manage stakeholder expectations across business, technical, and vendor teams • Build and foster a collaborative team culture • Maintain project charters, plans, reports, and lessons learned • Track and report cost, schedule, scope, and benefits realization metrics • Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery issues and risks • Support steering committees and stage gate reviews • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls • Ensure efficient resource utilization and escalate capacity needs • Partner with Finance and Portfolio/Program Managers to track benefits and ROI

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field • 3–5 years of experience managing projects of varying size and complexity • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. • BEL USA does not sponsor work authorization or permanent residence • PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification preferred • Experience managing technology, business transformation, or process improvement projects preferred • Exposure to portfolio and program management practices preferred • Experience with vendor and contract management preferred
