📋 Description

• Lead multiple large-scale, complex integration projects for acquired businesses • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and drive execution across cross-functional teams • Own project charters, plans, process flows, value stream maps, resource requirements, and business cases • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders around priorities, deliverables, dependencies, and decisions • Deliver quality solutions on time and within budget • Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when appropriate • Lead teams through change without direct authority • Track and communicate project progress and financial performance • Manage resource requirements, budget-to-actual performance, milestones, and outcomes • Identify opportunities to improve integration tools, processes, and ways of working • Transfer knowledge, strengthen organizational capabilities, and mentor project team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Minimum 5 years of project management experience • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and late hours • Project Management Professional certification preferred • Work and/or project experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics preferred • Strong communication, listening, facilitation, storytelling, and audience-connection skills • Ability to organize, design, develop, and deliver projects for internal and external audiences at all levels • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts internally and externally at all levels • Experience in a continuous improvement environment preferred • Experience dealing with ambiguity and delivering with minimal oversight preferred • Experience working directly with customers preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with lean processes and tools preferred • Commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment
