📋 Description

• Independently manage multiple assigned mass tort and class action cases, often simultaneously • Oversee case setup and coordinate delivery of case websites, traditional media, and social media campaigns • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, deadlines, delegated-task status, and milestones • Manage client relationships, set expectations, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines • Lead claimant communication and claim review processes • Coordinate with internal colleagues, vendors, business partners, lawyers, and IT professionals • Review litigation plans and notice and administration plans • Process, deduplicate, normalize, optimize, and analyze large datasets; prepare and distribute reports • Establish and execute adjudication policies and procedures for claim payments and program placement • Identify and resolve claims-adjudication problems • Oversee client invoice preparation and verify compliance with project budgets • Protect claimant personally identifiable and confidential information under U.S. standards • Maintain customer service and responsiveness to clients • Strengthen industry knowledge and relevant application knowledge • Follow business processes, company rules, policies, and management instructions • Report directly to the Senior Project Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of class action experience is highly desirable • Project management experience is required • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required • Financial, insurance, or legal industry experience • Experience managing client relationships • Basic understanding of web development • Strong ability to analyze, model, and interpret data • Demonstrated track record of accomplishments • Organized approach and superior attention to detail • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Flexibility and ability to adapt when priorities change • Strong problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills • Highest level of confidentiality and discretion • Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to work remotely • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds • Ability to analyze variables, choose effective courses of action, handle diverse work problems, manage stress, interact with customers, and prioritize workload
