📋 Description

• Cover reporting, time, cost, risk and scope management oversight • Coordinate MEP project management matters with relevant stakeholders • Lead the team in cost planning, consultant and contractor procurement, design management and construction management through project completion and handover • Deliver shell and core and fit-out phases on programme, on cost and on quality • Manage authority applications for required utilities • Undertake project reporting, risk, cost and schedule control functions • Establish management tools to control the project • Create a cost-minded atmosphere within the team • Provide project management services from commencement through completion and handover • Adhere to the Consultant’s standardized guidelines and practices • Track cost, programme and quality and issue monthly formal reports to the Employer • Maintain weekly and ad-hoc photographic records of progress • Manage coordination and communications among the Employer, Design Consultants, Cost Management Consultant and Main-Contractor teams • Prepare Employer and stakeholder presentations and reports for stage sign-off or milestone events • Support the Employer in providing information to prospective customers • Perform other related duties assigned by management or the line manager

🎯 Requirements

• Degree qualifications in construction management, electrical / mechanical engineering or similar function • Minimum 5 years’ experience with workplace, hi-technology, manufacturing, industrial and project management in major data center projects and the coordination of MEP works • Experience and knowledge of main project management concepts, tools and techniques • Ability to coordinate with concurrent base building works • Competent with Microsoft Windows, Primavera P6 or MS-Office, including MS-Project Management • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines • Proficient professional skill and/or knowledge in project management • Knowledge and ability to use applicable information technology and systems • Fluent in spoken and written English • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills • Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
