📋 Description

• Support the internal operations of engineering teams alongside a Team Lead • Keep projects running on time, on budget, and on scope • Track project schedules and milestones • Maintain project documentation • Coordinate across discipline engineers • Support invoicing and fee tracking • Flag scope and schedule risks to the Team Lead • Keep teams organized across multiple concurrent engagements • At more senior levels, take greater ownership of project operations • Support multiple Team Leads simultaneously • Contribute to process improvements • Help develop junior project managers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in a professional services, AEC, or technology consulting environment • Strong organizational and administrative skills across multiple concurrent projects • Financial and resource management experience, including tracking budgets, profitability, billing, invoicing, and resource forecasting • Clear written and verbal communication • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms • Comfort working closely with technical teams and understanding how engineering projects are structured and delivered • Process-oriented and proactive approach • Degree in business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience • PMP certification or equivalent preferred
