📋 Description

• Oversee reporting, time, cost, risk, and scope management • Coordinate all MEP project management matters with relevant stakeholders • Lead project management across cost planning, consultant and contractor procurement, design management, construction management, completion, and handover • Deliver shell and core and fit-out phases on programme, cost, and quality • Manage authority applications for required utilities • Perform project controls including reporting, risk, cost, and schedule management • Establish management tools for project control and promote cost awareness • Track cost, programme, and quality throughout the project • Issue monthly formal reports to the Employer, including recommendations for progress claims and contractor payments • Maintain weekly and ad-hoc photographic progress records • Manage coordination and communications among the Employer, Design Consultants, Cost Management Consultant, and Main-Contractor teams • Prepare Employer and stakeholder presentations and reports for stage sign-off and key milestones • Support the Employer with information for prospective customers • Perform other related duties assigned by management or the line manager • Adhere to the Consultant’s standardized guidelines and practices during project planning, preparation, and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Degree qualifications in construction management, electrical/mechanical engineering, or similar function • Minimum 5 years’ experience with workplace, hi-technology, manufacturing, industrial, and project management in major data center projects • Experience coordinating MEP works • Knowledge of main project management concepts, tools, and techniques • Ability to coordinate with concurrent base building works • Competent with Microsoft Windows, Primavera P6, or MS-Office including MS-Project Management • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines • Proficient professional skill and/or knowledge in project management • Knowledge and ability to use applicable information technology and systems • Fluent spoken and written English; other languages are a plus • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
