📋 Description

• Oversee reporting, time, cost, risk and scope management for MEP projects • Coordinate MEP project management matters with relevant stakeholders • Lead project teams through cost planning, consultant and contractor procurement, design management, construction management, completion and handover • Ensure on-programme, on-cost and on-quality delivery of shell-and-core and fit-out phases • Manage authority applications for required utilities • Perform project controls including reporting, risk, cost and schedule management • Establish management tools to control the project and promote cost awareness • Track cost, programme and quality throughout the project • Issue monthly formal reports to the Employer, including progress claim and payment recommendations for the Main Contractor • Maintain weekly and ad-hoc photographic progress records • Manage coordination and communications among the Employer, Design Consultants, Cost Management Consultant and Main Contractor • Prepare Employer and stakeholder presentations and reports for stage sign-off and key milestones • Support the Employer with information for prospective customers • Perform other related duties assigned by management or the line manager • Adhere to standardized Consultant guidelines and practices during planning, preparation and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Degree qualification in construction management, electrical/mechanical engineering, or similar • Minimum 5 years’ experience with workplace, hi-technology, manufacturing, industrial and project management in major data center projects • Experience coordinating MEP works • Knowledge of main project management concepts, tools and techniques • Ability to coordinate with concurrent base building works • Competent with Microsoft Windows, Primavera P6 or MS-Office, including MS-Project Management • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines • Proactive team working approach • Proficient professional skill and/or knowledge in project management • Knowledge and ability to use applicable information technology and systems • Fluent spoken and written English; other languages are a plus • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills • Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
