📋 Description

• Provide maintenance and repair services out in the field • Train staff on using equipment • Train customers on using equipment • Provide hands-on support and customer-focused solutions beyond repairs and maintenance • Travel frequently to customer sites, typically daily • Occasionally use power tools

🎯 Requirements

• Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows-based programs • Organizational skills • Problem solving skills • Exceptional communication skills • High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Required) • Technical training in the bio-medical or electronics field (Preferred) • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, squat, sit, stand, reach, and twist routinely • Ability to frequently lift/lower/carry/push/pull 1 to 55 pounds and occasionally 56 to 100 pounds • Ability to push, pull, grasp, and use manual dexterity in the hands, arms, and shoulders • Ability to work in tight spaces • Frequent travel to customer sites (daily) • Ability to occasionally use power tools • Relevant mechanical or technical experience/education, electrical experience, customer service experience, military experience, software/hardware experience, pneumatics, or HVAC experience are applicable
