📋 Description

• Provide hands-on support to customers in the field • Provide maintenance and repair services at customer sites • Offer solutions beyond repairs and maintenance • Train staff on using equipment • Train customers on using equipment • Travel frequently to customer sites, generally daily • Help drive dentistry forward for Benco Dental customers

🎯 Requirements

• Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows-based programs • Organizational skills • Problem solving skills • Exceptional communication skills • Mechanical or Technical experience/education • Experience in electrical, customer service, military, or software/hardware fields • Experience with pneumatics • Experience with HVAC • High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Required) • Technical training in the bio-medical or electronics field (Preferred) • Able to routinely walk, bend, kneel, squat, sit, stand, reach, and twist • Must frequently lift/lower/carry/push/pull 1 to 55 pounds and occasionally 56 to 100 pounds • Routine pushing, pulling, grasping, and manual dexterity using hands, arms, and shoulders • Able to work in tight spaces • Frequent daily travel to customer sites • Occasional use of power tools
