📋 Description

• Oversee installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of dental, radiography, and associated equipment for Benco customers • Ensure compliance with customer specifications and company requirements • Ensure functions are completed on time and within budget • Assist, coach, evaluate, and improve regional service/installation technician performance • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve regional labor sales goals • Ensure Service Technicians follow time and attendance reporting requirements and that technician PTO reflects assigned work • Hold Service Technicians accountable for their responsibilities • Coordinate and conduct regularly scheduled meetings with regional personnel • Ensure high customer service satisfaction rates

🎯 Requirements

• Associate Degree in Business or BioMed Technology • 5 years' experience in a service industry • Previous management experience • Computer and networking experience • Field repair experience in a dental/medical environment • Exceptional time management • Professional and positive attitude • Exceptional customer service, planning, and problem-solving skills • Effective interpersonal and communication skills while presenting and negotiating • Ability to perform routine walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting • Ability to frequently lift/lower/carry/push/pull 1 to 55 pounds and occasionally 56 to 100 pounds • Routine pushing, pulling, grasping, and manual dexterity • Ability to work in tight spaces • Frequent daily travel to customer sites • Occasional use of power tools
