📋 Description

• Monitor, inspect, test, and propose measures to correct or improve products so they meet quality, functional, and compliance standards • Design and execute test strategies, test plans, test suites, test cases, and test scripts • Validate product functionality End-to-End and confirm delivered functionality matches requirements • Identify, log, and reproduce defects before they reach users • Conduct End-to-End validation and User Acceptance Testing across the Advocate-facing platform and self-service module • Validate role-based experiences, permissions, visibility, and workflows for Enrollment Advocates, Veterans, Case Managers, Direct Care Workers, and partner agencies (ADNAs) • Validate the VDC service lifecycle: onboarding, caregiver engagement, time submission and approval, payroll, and reporting • Validate eligibility, service authorizations, budget calculations, timesheet capture and approval, payroll processing, reporting, boundary conditions, rounding, retroactive corrections, and error-state handling • Test the self-service module on mobile devices, low-bandwidth connections, and assistive technology • Support accessibility validation against WCAG 2.1 AA • Review design specifications, wireframes, prototypes, and project/product parameters • Conduct testing and analysis against user requirements, Business Requirements Documents, Project Charters, and established guidelines • Assist with requirements gathering and translate business needs into testable acceptance criteria • Provide testing scope/overview documentation, test plans, test results, and associated tickets • Maintain documentation of test coverage, results, and decisions for audit readiness and compliance traceability, including HIPAA and VA program requirements • Identify, log, and recreate error codes, bugs, and defects; report findings to Product Management and/or Engineering • Respond to QA/UAT and Production issues, reproduce defects, update tickets, and monitor initiative status • Develop quality inspection and reporting best practices, processes, and procedures • Collect, analyze, and communicate quality data • Collaborate with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Operations, Leadership, stakeholders, and end users • Work on multiple initiatives, prioritize features, define testing and analysis requirements, create documentation and process flows, and deliver End-to-End testing on time • Assist Product Management leadership with QA/UAT operations, training, and development initiatives when applicable • Perform other duties assigned by the Chief Product Officer and/or BeneLynk leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in Quality Assurance (QA) and/or User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including experience leading product testing and analysis efforts across multiple QA and/or UAT initiatives • Experience in Agile business/software development lifecycle processes and methodologies • Experience with or knowledge of SCRUM fundamentals, frameworks, and methodologies • Experience performing End-to-End testing across multiple applications • Experience developing test plans, test scripts, and a coverage matrix • Ability to create test plans, test suites, and test cases from project/product specifications and/or verbal communication channels • Experience creating written QA/UAT test reports covering progress, status, completion, defects, and risks • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including reasoning through complex conditional business rules and identifying edge cases • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Calm under pressure, proactive and self-starting attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to serve as a liaison among developers, designers, product managers, and operations • Experience presenting information to teams, stakeholders, and/or executives • Proficiency in the MSFT Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or related software • Ability to understand QA/UAT operations and their relationship to product design, development, and delivery processes • Associate degree in a related field required • Stable internet connection • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work at a computer • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred • E-Verify work authorization verification applies • Successful required background and drug screening
