📋 Description

• NetSuite Data Entry: Keep our financial system accurate and current with precise, efficient data entry. • Expense Report Review: Verify reimbursements and per diem rates so every expense report is right the first time. • File Prep and Import: Build and import CSV files for bank, credit card, and advertising transactions. • Excel Reporting: Track spending across Subscriptions, Recruiting, Executive costs, Travel, and more. • Daily Bank Matching: Handle return payment journal entries, test payments, and reconciliation work. • Bill Approvals: Manage the approval workflow so every expense is authorized and accounted for. • Weekly P&L and Balance Sheet Review: Catch and correct errors before they compound.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in an accounting role, ideally with high transaction volume. • Solid grasp of accounting principles, compliance, and financial reporting. • Sharp analytical skills and a genuine love of precision. • Excel proficiency, with NetSuite experience a strong plus. • A collaborative mindset and clear communication style.
