• Preparing documentation for filing and/or associated correspondence. • Obtaining all proper supporting information and documentation to ensure proper, efficient administration of the file (including, but not limited to income and other tax filings, asset realizations). • Creating all documents required for signature • Accurately transferring pertinent information from written and scanned records into Ascend (our internal software). • Maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping confidential information. • Electronic filing of statutory documents • Preparing documents for DocuSign • Other tasks may be assigned as necessary
• Experienced performing data entry with a proven high level of accuracy • Extremely detailed oriented • Exceptional Organizational and prioritization skills • Proficient technical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); able to learn computer software quickly • Able to work independently and efficiently • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information to others.
