📋 Description

• Lead client onboarding from discovery and solution design through go-live and adoption • Act as a Global Mobility expert and trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders • Lead workshops, solution discussions, UAT, training and change activities • Translate complex Global Mobility processes into practical, scalable technology solutions • Challenge existing ways of working and recommend better approaches • Partner with Product and Technology to solve complex client needs • Use AI and automation to improve client delivery and reduce manual work • Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes, adoption and the value clients get from Benivo • Report to the Head of Client Transformation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Global Mobility experience with strong practical knowledge of mobility programmes and processes • Experience in client implementation, onboarding, consulting or transformation • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Confidence leading workshops and conversations with senior stakeholders • Strong problem-solving and solution design skills • Ability to manage multiple projects independently • Comfort working with technology and enthusiasm for AI and automation • Curiosity, proactivity and comfort challenging the status quo
