📋 Description

• Manage, direct, and monitor multiple client engagements • Schedule and coordinate workflow and staffing for projects and engagements • Maintain active client communication to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts • Research and analyze financial statements and related issues using electronic databases • Use software to audit, review, and compile financial information • Document conclusions developed during engagements • Consult with and service clients, making business and process improvement recommendations • Serve as a business advisor to clients • Collaborate with Principals and Senior Managers on proposals and business development activities • Supervise, lead, and mentor associates and interns • Assess staff performance • Participate regularly in personal and professional development sessions

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Accounting • 6+ years of progressive public accounting experience, preferably with financial services clients • CPA license • Excellent technical skills, including understanding of professional rules and regulations • Highly evolved analytical and problem-solving ability • Proven supervisory and training success • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment • Excellent communication and client service skills • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and organizational skills
