📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for experienced consulting positions, from intake through offer acceptance. • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies for specialized and hard-to-fill consulting roles. • Use behavioral interviewing and assessment techniques to identify candidates with the right combination of experience, skills, and cultural fit. • Source and engage candidates through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and other creative sourcing strategies. • Manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle while maintaining accurate documentation in our applicant tracking system (iCIMS). • Represent and communicate BerryDunn's culture, values, employee experience, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience supporting professional services or consulting organizations. • Experience recruiting for Medicaid consulting roles strongly preferred. • Previous experience in a contract recruiting or project-based recruiting environment, with the ability to quickly learn new businesses and operate independently. • Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and fill specialized, difficult-to-source positions. • A consultative approach with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders. • Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience while identifying high-quality talent. • Proven success utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques, recruiting technologies, and assessment methods. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.
