📋 Description
• Review resumes and reach out to qualified candidates • Conduct initial phone screenings • Coordinate interviews with the appropriate recruiter • Maintain accurate records in our applicant systems and spreadsheets • Stay in constant communication with the Talent Assessment team and leadership to alert of any complications and/or concerns
🎯 Requirements
• HS Diploma • 2+ years of experience in customer service • Reliable internet service • Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules
