📋 Description

• Gather, document, and deliver business requirements for complex configuration data sets • Work directly with insurance carriers to document key scope decisions for assigned projects • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the engineering team • Support data-driven solutions for major insurance industry carriers • Complete specific deliverables during a defined six-month temporary project with the Sr Director of Delivery Management

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in insurance, financial services, or SaaS • Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical specifications • Ability to interpret and organize complex product configuration data sets • Familiarity with policy administration systems or underwriting workflows is a plus • Comfortable working directly with clients and internal teams, in writing and verbally • Proficiency with Google Sheets, JIRA, Confluence, and a data visualization tool such as Tableau or Grist • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Must reside in the contiguous 48 United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship requirements are addressed in the application
