📋 Description

• Provide ongoing analytics and reporting support for a card portfolio, particularly a new card program • Develop understanding of portfolio performance, business objectives, and stakeholder needs • Develop, refine, and maintain recurring business reports and dashboards • Research data, analyze results, and translate findings into clear business insights • Analyze portfolio performance, trends, and key drivers • Present findings through reports, presentations, and business recommendations • Partner with stakeholders to translate questions and reporting needs into actionable analysis • Serve as a trusted thought partner and proactively identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Evaluate and improve existing reports and reporting processes • Simplify and streamline complex reporting into user-friendly formats • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve reporting consistency • Collaborate on reporting automation and process improvements • Manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness • Communicate analytical findings to analytical and non-technical audiences • Build stakeholder relationships and establish credibility through reliable follow-through • Work independently and escalate issues when appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, reporting, card services, card operations, or a related field • Experience working with business reporting and analyzing quantitative information to identify trends, performance drivers, and meaningful business implications • Strong knowledge of payments, card services, card operations, or card portfolio management • Experience developing, refining, and maintaining business reports • Experience with DataChoice, First Data, or Symitar strongly preferred • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Strong data analysis capabilities • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools strongly preferred • Strong business judgment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Strong problem-solving skills • Must be able to work on Blend’s W2 without sponsorship • Must work Pacific or Mountain Time
