📋 Description

• Remote-based sales management using technical skills and experience with bioaugmentation in water and wastewater treatment to secure new accounts and grow business within existing key accounts. • Elevate the EnviroZyme brand and technologies into an internationally recognized leader in environmental bioaugmentation by leveraging your technical expertise in the municipal and industrial markets to grow overall market share. • Responsible for growth and maintenance of existing and new accounts for the WET group. • Responsible for pre-qualifying sales leads from advertisement, trade shows, and on-line research tools, then performing the appropriate follow up. • Works closely with Customer Service to respond to inquiries and provide technical guidance. • Ability to technically troubleshoot environmental system issues and make product recommendations for existing and potential customers. • Responsible for maintaining CRM as it relates to contact information and call history for reporting and tracking of customer contact. • Responsible for maintaining and documenting a robust and accurate sales pipeline. • Customer care and new customer orientation. • Manages and mediates production/logistics/distribution issues. • Works collaboratively with team members on the custom fermentation side of the business. • Stays current with internal systems, processes, products, promotions and competitive trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or other related technical disciplines • 10 years’ experience in a sales or sales support capacity within the water or wastewater treatment field and/or related environmental industries • Strong communication skills • Excellent technical acumen • Fully computer literate MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software • Bilingual skills, fluent in English and Spanish is a must. Proficient in Portuguese is a plus.
