📋 Description

• Follow up with new leads and schedule initial consultations for the Mortgage Advisor • Promptly contact new leads and respond to inquiries • Collect borrower information, including financial information, employment history, loan purpose, and timeline • Help borrowers complete loan applications and ensure accurate system entry • Send documentation requests and follow up until files are complete • Review and organize documents before submitting files for pre-approval • Provide updates to referral partners during the early stages of the loan process • Help manage the Mortgage Advisor’s calendar and communications • Track lead and pipeline activity in the CRM • Maintain accurate records of lead activity, borrower interactions, and loan progress • Promote interdepartmental communication and culture • Lead, develop, and motivate the team across locations and operational functions • Ensure internal and external families receive the best possible service

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills • Self-motivated with a high level of personal energy and accountability • Minimum requirement includes a high school diploma or equivalent • Additional coursework in finance or a related field is advantageous • Authorization to work in the United States is required • Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship is required
