📋 Description

• Support annual merit and bonus cycles through scenario modeling, forecasting, and budget tracking • Maintain compensation models covering salary structures, pay bands, incentive designs, and cost analyses • Partner with FP&A to align compensation recommendations with budgets and financial strategy • Prepare executive dashboards, presentations, and analyses for leadership and Board committees • Conduct market benchmarking using compensation survey providers • Maintain job leveling frameworks and evaluate roles for internal equity and market competitiveness • Extract, validate, analyze, clean, and reconcile compensation and workforce data from HRIS, ATS, Finance, and other systems • Identify trends, compression risks, pay equity gaps, and financial impacts • Develop automated and ad-hoc dashboards for compensation decision-making • Support pay equity reviews and regulatory compliance reporting • Maintain compensation policies, SOPs, manager guides, and compensation toolkits • Strengthen internal controls and audit readiness for compensation processes • Partner with HRIS teams to maintain accurate employee and compensation data • Support system configuration and data loads for merit uploads and bonus payouts • Conduct periodic and exception-based data audits • Identify and implement improvements to P&C workflows, documentation, and operational standards • Assist with workforce analytics, headcount reporting, and compliance documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Finance, or related analytical roles • Advanced Excel modeling skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and scenario modeling • Expertise using HRIS platforms for data extraction, reporting, and compensation cycle administration • Ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple systems to produce centralized insights • Experience supporting annual merit and bonus programs • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity • Strong communication skills with ability to present insights to senior leadership • High degree of discretion with confidential and sensitive information • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire without current or future employer visa sponsorship • Successful completion of a background check • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field (nice-to-have, not required)
