📋 Description

• Develop and advance strategic and operational compensation priorities with the Compensation leadership team • Identify compensation-related risks and develop mitigation plans • Create and execute strategic compensation strategies and project plans • Manage the full lifecycle of broad-based compensation programs, including market analysis, program design, and administration • Lead network-wide compensation initiatives, salary range and grading structures, and commission and incentive programs • Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders on compensation and total rewards strategies • Provide expertise and support on wage and hour regulations and compliance • Use advanced analytical techniques to deliver insights for compensation decisions and program optimization • Manage annual pay cycles, bonus plans, and cross-functional projects • Develop strategies to address pay equity and compression risks • Lead cross-functional and corporate project teams • Conduct market research and build external relationships to identify compensation trends and best practices • Coach and mentor leaders and HR professionals on compensation • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to improve and execute HR initiatives • Lead complex strategic ad hoc compensation projects

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in broad-based compensation • Proven experience managing annual pay cycles, bonus plans, and equity programs • Expertise in market analysis, compensation program design, and administration of complex compensation plans • Strong working knowledge of wage and hour laws and regulations • Experience leading cross-functional compensation projects, including M&A integrations, system implementations, and pay equity analyses • Experience working within a publicly traded organization • Understanding of executive compensation and equity administration • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to interact with and direct vendors and their services • Ability to influence with data • Strong communication skills • Good change management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent years of professional experience • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation • Advanced proficiency with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, and advanced data analysis tools • Experience implementing and administering compensation programs, including pay structures and annual pay programs • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills • Working knowledge of wage and hour concepts, laws, regulations, HR systems, and reporting tools • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office or Google Business applications • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition up to 10 pounds occasionally • Ability to sit for long periods while using office equipment • Close visual acuity for detail-oriented activities and computer work
