📋 Description

• Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate and traffic partners • Source, approach and onboard new affiliates, publishers, media buyers and other traffic partners • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners • Negotiate commercial terms, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid and CPL models • Identify opportunities to increase traffic, conversions, player value and revenue • Develop and manage partnerships with influencers, streamers and content creators • Plan and coordinate affiliate and influencer campaigns, including promotions, content, timelines and deliverables • Monitor traffic and partner performance and identify optimisation opportunities • Analyse registrations, FTDs, conversions, player value, revenue and ROI • Provide partners with guidance and feedback to improve campaign performance • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Content and Analytics teams • Prepare regular performance reports and actionable recommendations for management • Conduct market and competitor research and identify new partnership opportunities • Ensure affiliate and influencer activities comply with company policies and applicable requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on affiliate management experience within iGaming or similar • Previous experience working for an iGaming operator, affiliate or relevant competitor is MUST HAVE • Proven experience in affiliate acquisition and account management • Strong understanding of affiliate models including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid and CPL • Experience sourcing, onboarding and negotiating with affiliates and traffic partners • Strong understanding of performance marketing and traffic acquisition • Experience working with influencers, streamers or content creators is a strong advantage • Experience across T1, T2 and/or T3 GEOs • Strong analytical skills and experience working with affiliate KPIs and performance data • Experience with affiliate tracking and analytics platforms such as NetRefer, Income Access, Voluum, Binom, Semrush or DeepCI is an advantage • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously • Fluent English, written and spoken
