📋 Description

• Serve as the primary business owner for Expat technology platforms and systems • Partner with Information Technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure systems support business needs • Develop and manage the Expat technology enhancement roadmap, including intake, prioritization, internal/external system integrations, and issue resolution • Gather feedback from clients, tax professionals, support teams, and business partners to identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and experiences • Translate business and user feedback into clear requirements, enhancement requests, and recommended solutions • Participate in solution design, testing, and user acceptance activities to ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives • Coordinate implementation planning for technology enhancements and process changes • Support communication, training, documentation, and adoption of new system capabilities • Represent the Expat business in technology planning, vendor discussions, and system improvement conversations • Perform day to day troubleshooting and field support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience • 5 years minimum related work experience • Experience managing business requirements, technology enhancements, system improvements, or product related work • Ability to partner effectively with Information Technology, vendors, and cross functional business stakeholders • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and action plans • Experience gathering user feedback and identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, or experiences • Ability to prioritize work, manage competing needs, and coordinate activities across multiple partners • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to support testing, implementation, documentation, and adoption of new capabilities • Experience with Salesforce and working with tax, financial services, client service, or professional services operations • Experience supporting technology platforms used by clients, field teams, tax professionals, or operational support teams • Vendor management or third party system relationship experience • Experience with user acceptance testing, enhancement roadmaps, or technology release planning • Familiarity with Expat services, international tax, or specialized tax operations
